I can't draw. I can't use a CAD program. All I can do is build it and see how it works. If I lost my hands I would starve to death. I guess the welds wern't up to some peoples standards. Some of them should try laying on there back in the snow when it's -20 out side and run some 7018 over head and get back to me.

I am very picky when it comes to welds and I saw nothing wrong with any of the welds I've seen that you have done. I was gettin ready to start commenting to some people in that thread befor it was removed

Just good old fashion MIG. Last one took me 45 minuints to cut, bend and build. This one was about 4 hours. Finally got a blade for the band saw.

Yeah but high heat with a slow wire speed. I can tell by how smooth the welds are

It was only 25.8 volts and 470 IPM.

Thats prob spray arc. Used to run 33v 1200ipm:baby: short circut transfer. Spray looks much nicer:hug:
