s10 with a v6. gm calls for synchromesh transmission fluid
s10 with inline4. gm calls for manual transmission fluid with 5% friction modifier

what i want to know is what are they calling manual transmission fluid? do they mean synchromesh? and can i just use 95% synchromesh and 5% friction modifier?
