I know mine vibes after i put the convertor in and so did an LMM i did awhile back and goes away as soon as i hit the throttle.

Yea. Where the downpipe attaches to the exhaust. I'm just going to ding in the firewall some more right there.

Go to Lowes or home depot for the o ring. Lowes has just about any size you can think of/need. I've bought tons of o rings from Lowes for my truck.

Another quick question, which I know has been covered before somewhere... but how much fluid should my trans hold with a suncoast converter?

Total trans fluid capacity is 20 quarts. Doesnt really matter what converter is on it.

I see, I have a 4" downpipe but it is a slip joint with a band clamp not a vband. My firewall had to be dented a little but up around the area where the cylinder head is.
