Possible Missing Ground Wire

Was working on the truck this past weekend and noticed what looks like a missing ground wire (circled in red). However, I never remember one being there but it looks factory. Can someone tell me if there should be a ground wire here and where it goes to? I would appreciate it.

i think, it just a ground to the hood

It ground to the hood. It is in mesh loom on my 05.

For the light and wire I have a new one in the box right here.,

that loom hanging in that oic is where it connects (im pretty sure anyway if that wire is attached to hood)....You could prolly add a new connector to it...
