The issue I have with lawsuits like this is the only people who win are the lawyers, but gm won't take a loss in the end, just everyone buying new cars will pay for all the lawyers new vacation homes with higher prices on new cars. Ever wonder why the 2011 dmax costs over 50k?

Go to a good law firm with lots of class-action experience. See if they throw you out head first or ass first. Or maybe just laugh themselves silly.

I'm not defending the OP, but my dealer offered to fix it or refund $100. The OP needs to find a better dealer. Meanwhile I'm looking for something else usless to buy with my hundred bucks!

Well I guess I'm one of these Fu cking lazy overpaid union works. But please tell me were the f uck is my 75+ a hr pay you speak of. I make just over 28 a hr and a person making 17 a hr brings home just as much as me after if taxed the hell out of. Also if the union was out of Gm the price would not drop I work side by side with scabs that make 14 a hr and the cars cost the same. Also the non union plants pay there works more then Gm and Ford.

That 75/hr isn't how much they're making, it's hourly labor cost for GM which includes benefits and retirement.

So then in the end that would be what they are making. Benefits would be considered apart of ones compensation which equals pay...right?
