I have an 06 LBZ CCSB 4x4. Truck threw the codes listed today, and ran kind of funny. It drove as if I was in tow/haul mode and the converter was locked up. I found that my air filter was off of the tube just laying in the air box, i must not have tightened it enough (or at all) last time I cleaned it. It has been unusually snowing the past couple days. It threw these 2 codes this morning. Would it throw that if the MAF got wet? Somebody please point me in the right direction, I'm a little diesel stupid. It's my daily driver also. Thank you guys in advance.

You need to scan it with a better scanner. P0700 means there are codes stored in the tcm that your current scanner isn't seeing.

Well I don't know if I screwed up by doing this, but i unplugged the batteries and let it sit for a little bit, then put stock tuning back on, and started it and no more codes. The TCM holds the codes for like 100 key strokes right? So I can still pull them right? A tech II won't pull them?

A tech 2 will pull them. Efi live will pull them also.

Turns out oreillys had just gotten a brand new badass Bosch scanner, my buddy works up there. Pulled all my airbag and abs codes too. The code stored in the TCM was p0827. Has to do with the tap shifter. Not to sure what it is. Cleared it and will see what happens.
