We just finished building the motor for my buddies 02 puller. We dropped the motor back in and hooked everything up. Turned the key to the run position to let the lift pump fill the lines and filters. Everything on the dash and the lift pump was working like it should at this time. As soon as i turned the key to the start position the entire electrical system went dead, no lights no nothing. Checked all the fuses and couldnt find any that were blown. Disconnected the batteries then reconnected them and with the key NOT in the ignition there are some dim lights on the dash. When you turn the key to the run position there are buzzing sounds coming from the under hood fuse block and from all over the cab and the lights are still very dim and only half of them are on. Took a battery out of our lbz to see if that was the problem but same senario. Everything appears to be hooked up right so im hoping someone has had the same problem.

Are the batteries charged? seems like it doesn't have enough juice if you can hear the relays buzzing in the fuse block.

We have tried multiple batteries and a jumper pack. No luck, anyone know off the top of their head how many / what grounds there are? We searched and couldn't find any not hooked up last night, but doesn't mean we didn't miss one.

Sounds like bad grounds. double check the heavy ones on sides of block. Make sure its bare metal, not painted suface. Also, I like to use star washers on all grounds to insure a good bite.
