you guys have been a great help, but now i could use some more!, truck started pretty easy, about a minute of cranking! shes alive!, but, now we have basically 3 codes to deal with, were stumped, the codes are a p0237, p0653, p2229, all other codes are for the egr, wich we deleted, will be taken care of with efi live. i have been told its more than likely a wire, or pinched wire or a sensor not plugged in. fuel rail pressure is really high, and like 4 injectors are way off what they were before we started the head gasket install. Im just about ready to flip out, need some great advise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:(

Sounds like you may have swapped the boost and baro sensor plugs.

Today, is hopefully the last day in the shop. All I need to do is get whatever wire or sensor fixed or find where it could be bad. Is there any specific method on how a guy can go about checking for a bad ground, causing either low voltage, or high voltage readings from the codes that insight is showing? Thanks for your help.

We had the heads checked, plained, new exhaust valves, is there air trapped sonewhere, or is it making more air again? Please help

How did you check the heads? I changed head gaskets on a truck once, and it was still having problems afterward. Turned out it was a cracked head.

They were pressured checked, plained, and all exhaust valves were replaced on both sides
