Yeah, 3000 should be no problem for an LBZ with a lift pump. I tuned an LBZ for a guy I know a couple of days ago and he's holding 26k with a 2850 uS pulse and no lift pump.

Switched to Robs Race tune due to getting my trans built. No more code. Still dropping to 6 PSI WOT though. I suspicion is the pump. Airdog claims that backing the regulator out all the way and in one turn is 10 PSI. Mine is cranked in 6 or 7 turns and was only seeing 9 1/2.
