My 100s are pretty damn clean for running a 476. That's what sucks about doing a full motor build. Where does a guys stop. Between girdles, new crank, valve springs, push rods, cams, and all the other goodies. Sucks to do it twice but yet can get too pricey really quick.

I just wanna dip into the 10's I'll need around 850hp to do that. The engine is really over due for a rebuild. I kinda wanna see what the rods look like

I spent the coin and went all out on my build. I figured worse case scenario if the motor fails, I will still be able to part out all the "big ticket" items and make a good chunk of my money back, depending how the motor failed.

I'd rather have the "extra insurance" parts and not need them than not have them and need them.
