Well...I found the problem and to my relief it way very simple...where the egr is deleted I had blocked the pass up-pipe and evidently didnt brace it as good as it needed...I noticed a smell that kept getting worse but just in the cab and looked and sure enough the bellow was blown...somehow between vibration pressure n heat it was making some weird noises... I cut it off n welded it like I should have to start with:thumb:

Well, that's a relief. Always better imo to thing the problem is major and it turns out to be nothing, vs think minor, and the next thing you know, motors coming out.
