Where is the truck now? I assume you have something else to drive?

Is it really getting that much water in the intake? Is there any water in the CAC? As far as I know, there are no bolts that go into the water jacket.

When he tore it down he said the intake manifolds were full of coolant and he didnt know where it was coming from. I looked at the parts laying on the table and both the intake manifold and the y bridge had a calcium looking white build up. No coolant in the cac.

I think there's something going on with installation error.

I do too but i have no f-ing clue where to start....i went by there today and he got the fuel line he broke trying to get the y bridge off and he said he will have it fixed tomorrow, thats been going on for two months now. He started this job in march. Ive talked to you several times about my issues and its always something different. Common sense only gets me so far...

if you take off the y bridge there is one bolt in right hand coner of the opening on the manifold that bolts the manifold to the head. That was the one he said was leaking. He took those out an put pipe dope on them and stuck them back in. Does this sound like a fix to yall?

ummm..........no

I would go down there and pick up my truck somehow if it doesn't run and take it to a place that knows what they are doing. I would tell the guy that has the truck now to pay the bill to the other shop.
