What type of clutch are you running?

The fluiddampner dosent work in removing the noise/rattle. Its a big sales pitch by a SBC resaler on the DP though!

I am running a Valair Clutch. My first single was the first one he ever built for the D-max, and so was my dual. Valair is more widely known in the Cummins world, but he is going to start making clutches for the D-max.

Are you running a SBC?

YEah I had one of the first unsprung SBC dual disk and i now have a sprung hub 10button dual disk!

the noise i dont mind and knew it would be noisy after i put the new one in. the vibration is not bad , just noticeable at idle

havent had any time to call peter back, work and tweeking my power tunes :D

So is the aftermarket damper a joke then. Or could it possibly help. Yeah I think I'm going to have a sticker made that says "I know it rattles" just to keep people from telling me my throwout bearing is dead.
