One of them... Bigpower...the owner of PSN is taking him to court along with reporting him to all the LE in the area. They have even posted the link to the local tv stations Facebook page along with making their own FB page about Tyler the thief.
Whats he going to report to LE?? "Some guy stiffed me for 450 over the net"? The cops hands are tired in this one. Its civil, he would need to sue him and have him served, which will cost close to half of what he lost already, plus all his time involved. It sucks its like that, but I see it as these guys all got screwed. If they can sue under an organization, maybe its high enough to be fraud or larceny or something where they can file criminal charges too...
They kind of made a mistake dealing with someone without a reputation, they should have used a credit card for protection. Its none of the involved first rodeo, they should know better really. Other guys in the thread seen him coming a mile away. Did they even research the parts for sale and see if it looked too good to be true, or did they see a ridicules deal and throw the money as fast as they could...?
I hope everything works out for them and they get their money back but lets be logical..
