4 cans I'm still In the process of finishing my 22s and its roughly 1 whole can a rim .. An extra one wouldn't hurt to touch it up
What did you do to prep the chrome? The chrome is flaking on my 20's and been wanting to plastidip.
I just cleaned mine really good, had some flaking but it was where the center cap is so you can't see it.. I haven't even drove it around yet.. I only did 2 today lol I'm gonna see how it holds up for the week before I do the other 2 and I can get some opinions..
I added some photos in my other post it took me 5 coats of it and a little over an hour per wheel .. I personally love the black

Man, I love it. Gonna do mine as soon as I get time. On yours, do the steps. I havent bought steps yet so I will buy black when i do.
Thanks! Yes the steps gotta end up black I might build me some and have them powder coated .. I'm afraid the powder coat won't stick to my chrome :/
I might I bought enough of it, but it will take the rocks kicked up off the road and I'm not sure how well it will hold up there
Have them line-x'd or get the do it yourself truck bed coating? May hold up longer.
I used the bed liner in a can and it is holding up great! I did quite a few coats though. I think it looks good.
On your side steps? Guess ill give it a try its a cheap way to make them black.. They was on the truck when I got it so worse case scenario I buy new ones
Doing your wheels in black you can't see what they look like anymore. Everything disappears and it looks like one big dirty tire. Also makes them like every other truck with black wheels. If your gonna paint 'em do something different. Make 'em red or maroon or green or blue or something nobody else has.
