White will show exhaust leaks the best.

Does it ever. :(

Technically white makes the most sense:

Heat rejection, white does not absorb as much heat.
Light reflection when working.
Write notes on it.
Shows leaks best.
White is in fact, faster than other colors. ;)

Gold plate it:D

There is that silver heat tape in big sheets that i could stick to the wall
that would make it nice for checking for leaks

ju culd eenstall sumz z diamoond plate metal no?:joker:

Gloss black might not be a bad idea, not so good with heat etc. However when the exhaust hits it, leak, it'll fog the finish and you'll pick up the leak. Unfortunatley water spots EVERYWHERE.

They also make an underbody paint that's almost flat black, resists rust and will paint over with no primer. $$$ $70 per gallon

Good luck with it.

I went with silver high heat paint:)

Then kicked it up a notch and placed some heat sheild from DEI this stuff sticks great and molds easy. You need tinsnips to cut it, Part# 050501

Its a little thick but before i painted i took a sledge hammer to the firewall and beat it back about a inch or so to make room for bigger pipes
