just started getting this code on my truck today. Hooked scan tool to it and it says injector flow rates not programmed. Anyone ever seen this or can tell me how to fix it.

Both the ECM and glow plug control module must be programmed with the correct fuel injector flow rates. For whatever reason yours is not, you can see with a tech2 which module isn't programmed and then copy the flow rates to that module from the other. Not sure if this can be done with a v2. Hope this helps a little

May possibly be caused by a glow plug control module internal memory loss or failure.

I've used a modis before but never to do this so I'm not to sure. But there should be some type of special function or module setup as in a tech2

It's giving me an error when trying to copy them from gpcm to ECM. It's showing the rates as all F's. does that seem right?

No can't say I have seen that. Not sure if a failed gpcm would cause that, I've replaced them before but for different concerns. Only other way to get the flow rates is from each injector I believe.

After trying to copy them I'm now getting a P160C code and as soon as I clear it it comes right back

P160c-engine calibration not programmed-gpcm. Basically the same as the other code but is saying that the flow rates are missing from the gpcm

You can try having it programmed and see if you can get the flow rates back. Otherwise you'll probably end up replacing it and the only way to get the flow rates is off of the injector bodies unfortunately. Or it may just be a issue with the solis, try programming them with a tech2 if possible. Sorry wish I could be of more help.

How would I go about reprogramming gpcm to get rid off the code. Im really wanting to get this thing fixed and get the light to go off.

Where are the flow rates located on the injectors? Would I have to pull them to get the number or is it one of the numbers on the top of the injector?
