I don't know if they are related or where to start, we just built the transmission this week and today was the first day driving it. Just about every time I start it the check engine light comes on and it's p0700 could that be electrical or valve body, I have no idea where to start but I checked all the plugs on the trans and they all seemed to be in. Also we logged it and noticed its calling for lock up but not. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you

P0700 is just a generic code telling the ECM there is a fault in the TCM. Could have left the solenoid for the converted in the valve body unhooked. Need a better scan tool to reqd the trans codes

Well checked the harness and plug into the trans and all were good. Manually locked it with efi live on the lift and hit the brakes and stalled out the truck... Could it be tcm?
