Did you get your fuel pressure regulator plugged in good?
B1004 is supposedly some sort of "keep alive memory reset" code, and B0159 is "outside air temperature sensor range/performance" or something like that.
The one that goes down to the regulator on the CP3. Not sure how it is on the LB7s, but on the LBZs there's acutally a short pigtail that goes between the engine harness and the regulator. So you need to check 2 possible bad connections.
seems to be fine, I unplugged it and plugged it back in, the truck just cranks and cranks like its not getting any fuel and there is the P0193 code....
What kind of rail pressure are you seeing? When I first started my truck after having it out for the first build I had a buddy of mine pump the filter primer while I was cranking on it to get fuel.
not sure, I have a MITUSA and I primed it quite a bit, when I crack the bleed screw on top of the filter housing the fuel is under some pressure there, the high voltage thing concerns me a bit....
