Ok I'm really getting ticked off. Every time I park at the gym and come back an hour later my truck gets the p0193 code I've learned how to start it but the fuel pressure will stay at 26000 psi , and be able todrive it home surging like a BBC with a huge cam. i'll park it overnight in the morning it will start right up. I have a new LBZ FBR on my LBZ pump .. the motor is an LB7 tuned for it by duramaxtuner for the past 4 years. no issues till last year before SEMA.

Could it be the train tracks radio waves messing with the trucks ecm? or the isspro performax computer brain ? with egt fbr oil temp trans temp fuel pressure gauges. So this has been going on for the past yearsand now i'm pissed!!! I've never had this problem with working on any-other duramax.
I don't wanna hear change the fuel filter, it has nothing to do with it, everything is at most 4 months old. And the problem still is happening. I'm tired of throwing money at it.

Ideas Guys? Thanks

If you could post the table for current fro rail pressure. Have you had the front drivers accessories cover off for anything? If so you may have pinched the harness there and that can cause all kinda weird stuff.

26k fuel rail pressure. The FPR ticks when this happens. Then it goes away. i even replaced the FPR harness with a new on a month ago :(

Then you either have a short from something pinched or something not grounded properly. The harness that I'm talking about has nothing to do with the Fpr but its easily pinched and will cause the same kinda issues.

Stuck

I've been having the same problem with my 03 lb7. I shimmed the valve and even tried disabaling the P0193 code with efi live. The truck went into limp without throwing the code just a limp like the valve or something popped again. I know this is an old thread but I'm stuck just replaced fuel filter and all that, where exactly is the sensor located. If you or anyone had pictures or suggestions that would be great!
