Did you try to unplug the FPR while it was running? It should max the rail pressure out. If it doesn't and your injectors are good it would point to your CP3 being the culprit.
Got it installed yesterday, and replaced the left valve cover gasket that the dealer screwed up when they did the injectors. The truck is running like a champ now.
