Returned from 4month deployment last week. Did some recommended maintenance, including fuel filter on my lb7. Drove fine, until i hit the highway a few days ago with my trailer. Popped that p0093 code, went into limp mode. I had to keep resetting it, just to be able to drive home. I have 23hr road trip in 3 days. I need help.
Already went to the dealer- He told me $4200 INJECTORS????
Went to a diff. diesel shop - They told me FRP sensor
^^^^when i picked my truck up from here yesterday, i had a p0193 come up on my edge insight. Maybe caused by them testing it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

damn, that sucks. I haven"t had anyone check the return rates. But all the balance rates are within spec, via my edge insight. In park, neutral, and drive, they are w/in limits.

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

A dealer may need to perform a repair on the rubber portion of the fuel supply (suction) lines. The rubber section of the line could become kinked or collapse. Fuel lines that kink or collapse may induce a fuel system restriction (high vacuum gauge readings) or DTCs P0087, P0093, and/or P1093 to set.
If a technician was to suspect the rubber portion of the fuel feed line collapsing or kinking, replacement of only the rubber line is acceptable.

I just had a truck doing that and this 1 was the cp3 but to get to that point you have to eliminate everything else before you can determine that it is the cp3

Test the injector ballence rates and check the oil to make sure you dont have injectors stuck open.Test the vaccume port for vaccume or if you have a lift pump check the psi at what used to be your vacumme port i switched the fpr to see if that was it and the fprv had just been replaced so we knew that wasnt it after checking everything and if the problem still persist then try changing the cp3
