P0089 Code

So after changing my batteries my 02 started throwing codes P0088 and P0089. Just replaced the fuel pressure regulator and not getting the p0088 code but just the P0089. Considering the p0089 is regulator performance what is my next step?? I have efi live and LDS over stock injectors, FASS Fuel pump.

That code is common with lift pumps putting out too much pressure and the regulator can't pull the pressure down enough so the ECM thinks the regulator is bad. It can also be from a tune written for a modified regulator and a stock regulator was used. Or, an actual bad regulator that is sticking

So got it to not throw any codes. Just rough to start and idles rough then smooths out....

Still Starts hard. Runs extremely rough for about a min of time. Then it runs fine. Runs fine down the road. Then idle kindof off. No lights...

Maybe. Im not sure with my reader. My buddy owns a shop so I know his snapon can. What am I looking for??
