No. Same old DPV5. I just put my lift pump back in and was testing her out.:D

I definitley broke something. I hope I didn't trash the converter.

There are no sparkles on the stick

I'm afraid you ripped the splines off C2 clutch hub and P2 planet gear. If I'm right this is not good. Major tie up ( 3rd and 4th gears at once ).

I think thats what happenend. How much damage does that cause internally? Converter screwed? How do i fix the tie up?

I may take the tranny out tomorrow.

Probably the only damage is the hub and planet which is expensive. When you fix it you better find out what caused the tie up or it will happen again soon. The usual cause is tuning. I see a lot of this with the tts extreme tuning. If it is the tuning then mods will have to be made inside the Alli .

This is what failed. I looks as if this was in the making before they decided to give way. The splines almost seem like they were layed over in a direction until they decided to give. I also found the C3's a little worn. :D How do the last set of clutches look? I dont remember how they are supposed to look, the steels show no sign of heat or excesive wear.

These were taken from my phone

The one on the out side of the planetary "shaft". And the one's on the inside of the mating piece in the pic. That piece is what slide's over the C1 clutches, and inside the C2's. When you pull the clutch drum out and flip it over, that is right on the bottom. Kinda :D

The last set of slutches are the C5 and they never go bad. C3's are burned. Try taking the brass washer off the C2 hub; bet it's hard to get off because of hub ballooning.

The C1's are carbon fiber I believe. They are single sided and black. And the other's, minus I guess the C5's, are Alto. I remember reading it on the side of them when I put it together.

How many clutches did you put into C2 and how many in C3. Was this a SC kit or just Alto powerpack for the Allison?
