Output shaft socket

Been looking for the output shaft socket for the spanner nut on the extension housing. Apparently all the stores I've been to sells the same exact brand PT, #WR1271 but that socket is 1/4" too short to reach the tangs of the nut. Socket bottoms out on the bottom of the shaft. anyone know where I can find one that's longer than PT brand?

I've thought about that, was wondering if there was any different brand at a local store that would work before I do that. Surely it can't just be PT tools, there has to be another brand. I'm definitely not dropping more than $30 for a socket that is rarely ever used.

Good thing is you can still use it for 4x4 hubs after you modify it haha
