OS change Now shuts off weird

I Changed from a 2016 truck OS to a 2016 Van OS in my e86B lml.

Now when i shut the car off it slowly dies off instead of just killing it. Truck OS worked perfect.

Weird part: If i start it and shut it off within 8 seconds it shuts off normal.

Ive check RAP to see if something is hanging on but nothing as far as IGN and BATT fuses to the ecm changes with the OS swap (i mean why would it)

Any Thoughts ideas what to check next?

maybe log the Intake Airflow Valve and see if that is closing as a means of shutting off the engine

It’s stripped down, full weight loss.

Just so it’s clear, this is when I shut the key off, then it slowly dies down.

Correct it’s in a swap,

Van OS uses different cruise signals which are same as my car. So now the cruise works, But has this little issue. Been driving it like this and everything else works great.

Sure is strange, I probed all the ign wires to the ecm and everything is doing what it should, and behaving the same with either OS. Guess it is what it is.
