Injectors are the main issue with that motor. if the trucks clean, drives good. I wouldn't hesitate any. I own 2 for my business. but that price seems a touch high. least for around here. Guess it depends on how clean it runs.

My LB7 has 337,000 miles on it. It is in need of it's 5th set of injectors. Other than injectors it has been a good truck. I pull a 38' toy hauler with it. It handles it just fine.

02 lb7 with 197K on original injectors and no extra filtration either. Reckon I'm just fortunate. The CP3 is weak, FPR is surging at idle (and really flat roads with cruise set) and the balance rates are starting to get creep up but it runs fine!

I probably shouldn't have posted that. :(

I can't remember where I heard it but I've heard that the the new replacement injectors have a update to them which should allow them to last longer than previous replacements. Not sure if anyone can verify this. Just something I've heard recently, not 100% sure.
