A deputy suffered minor injuries when his patrol car overturned today while he was answering a burglary call in Norco, investigators say.

The single-car crash was reported at 10:12 a.m. near Norconian Drive and Fifth Street.

The patrol car landed on its roof.

“The deputy was responding to a (reported) burglary with suspects leaving the scene,” Deputy Joshua Morales said.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.

Farrell's, wow. Haven't thought of that place in years. We went there back in the early 70's when I was a kid when we lived in Sunnyvale CA. I remember getting jaw breakers the size of baseballs.
