OMG Please help

Well just limped the dirty home. I got on er till about 3rd gear and poof, what seemed to be a back fire and alot of blue smoke out of the exhaust. Opened the hood to find oil everywhere from the pcv reroute hose spliting. Turbo or piston?? Idles rough, no engine light. Gettin hammerd now. Thanks for any help you can give

x2 sounds like the crank case could be pressurized aka possible cracked piston

We get the fueling issue fixed and you take it out and blow it up on us Geez, Larry and I had high hopes for that low 12 run! Damn Lilly's,:rofl: Those engines sure do love to pop piston's!!

Keep your head up, we'll get er fixed I think you can purchase the compression tester at China Town for 20bucks.

did you try to pull any codes, is there any white smoke, it seems a lot of the cracked piston talk of white smoke pouring from the exhaust, I'd want to vote turbo for now until you tear into it. Sorry to hear of any problems though, I'm sure there is more than one of us in line behind you

Lots of smoke! I was hopin for the turbo myself. Doin a compression test today to confirm. There was a back fire right before it started puking smoke. Along with a terrible feeling in my gut. Thank you guys for your help in tunin btw, we'll get er goin again.

I cracked #6 and #3 was starting to look alittle burned.

I havent started pullin stuff apart yet to see how bad the others look, probably not good either. I plan on havin the motor out in a week or so. I'll be takin alot of pics during the whole process for people who might be in my shoes one day or even now. The build will include .040 over socal pistons, cam, havin stock heads ported localy, lbz runners and y-bridge, and possibly a turbo. Most likely the lift is comin out too.
