Hows a dmax gonna spool faster than a 6bt?? Put enough fuel into any turbo on any diesel and they'll light quick. Be a helluva lot less work too, especially using an old 12v.

If your gonna spend the money to drop a Cummins in it, you might as well do a Dmax. People aren't giving away 12valves, maybe a VE pumped one:rofl:
Because the 12v is not going to have the electronic issues the Dmax conversion will have.

If you look around enough you can still find a p-pump 12V fairly cheap. Heck a friend of mine bought a whole truck (2WD Regcab P-pump) for $1500
