Starterwill not kick over on the key but it will start if you arc the start but the trans is in limp hvac controls don't work or do any thing
And I have a few codes
B1440 = power mode master input switch
B3770 = hvac actuator circuit
U2106 = lost comm with trans control system
B0414 = air temp/mode door actuator malfunction
B0424 = air temp/mode door actuator mafunction
along with few U1000 and a U1000 for the tccm/srs

All of this happen at once

What were you working on at the time?Sounds like 1 of the grounds on the passenger side of the block broke.Did you let the drivers side pos terminal fall and hit the tcm or ecm?

I was change the starter because it would start on the key then it went into limp mode and the hvac stoped and all my wires fall away from the tcm and pcm

Did you Test for continuity between pins 9 and 69 at the TCM. If that fails ground the tcm from the heat soak to the body of the truck.

Sorta sounds like an ignition switch to me.

Just saw this in an LB7 and it was a bad BUS bar in the fuse panel under the hood. take ingition fuses out and make sure one side of them has power

Check the big plug on the trans at the back, my buddy had the exact same issue withh his 2002

Ok I check the plug at the back of trans and got nothin
I just check the the bus fuses and the termanals and I had voldage on both sides of the LBEC 1 50amp the rest were normal

the small fuses like a PCM fuse the small blade fuses

iv already checked all the small fuses in the cab and under the hood fuse box and i have check relays

Did you Test for continuity between pins 9 and 69 at the TCM ? A member on here just had the same issues with his Lbz and this was it.His truck would only start with the key on and a screw driver but stuck in one gear also and few other issue acting up. That and the walking he hated. If the 9 and 69 test fine make sure there seated fine also check the main bales they can cause this on the Lbz also make sure pins are seated there and at the Trans harness.

Did you check the big fuse under the cover of the fuse box? IIRC its a 75 amp or a 175 amp fuse i blew that 1 time and looking forever and a friend at GM told me it was under the cover and sure enough thats what the problem was.

had this happen on a few trucks always has been the igntion switch thats wat i would try next
