LB7: Oil gauge

Oil gauge moves to maximum when accelerating. Is this normal. Newbie here

Does it do it all the time? Even at operating temp or just when you first start it up?
You might want to let it idle a little after you start it to let it warm up and bring that oil pressure down.

At first startup it looks normal... after driving a bit, whenever I accelerate, the pressure gauge moves to 80(max) until I slow to an idle.
