Not much you can do about people taking stuff from a free website and using it elsewhere. If you have to pay to get it though, I think that's a different story.

It's nicks tunes,, I asked him for sheets on "his" tunes and thats what he came off with.

It was a few months ago, listing expired. I just checked and he doesn't have anything up now. He was using dmaxink for a ebay stage name. Oh and he was using your trucks picture, that's what caught my attention.
