LB7: Oh crap!!!!!

Sorry I ment my truck is not in the bbl enabled controllers,no E54 lb7 ecm in the list,should it be there to read my ecm?
Im in Huntsville Ontario Canada (muskoka)and yes I need help learning the basics,Its really hard when someone tells you to do something but you don't know how or where to do it.
I can see you are getting some really good advice here, but we really need to know what software version you are running for V7, software version for V8 and your firmware. Even if your not using V8 and you upgrade your V7 software but don't upgrade your FlashScan firmware (a V8 function) you could have issues.
You state you purchased the FlashScan second hand, so chances are you could be many versions behind. There have been reported instances where software/firmware mismatches cause either 0101 issues or licensing issues.
You'll find the version details in v7 and v8 under the help menu item.

Ok,the firmwere is 2,07,52 date nov 5 2013 and the one below is 2,07 06 date aug 02 2013,should they match?when I go into bbx the box in the top left(pid control)E54 lb7 is not there,should it be?How do I get it back there?
Email your stock tune to yourself and maybe a other person that will save it for you.
Have you down loaded all the software? You should have EFI Live Scan Tool, EFI Live Tune Tool, EFI Live Scan and Tune, and EFI Live Explorer. On your desk top.
Open Scan and tune plug in your V2 hit Check for Updates then hit Check Firmware.

Pulled Stock tune. Loaded updated tune. Went to start nothing. Went to put sock tune back on and would get the no communication code.
No, firmware and bootblock do not need to match. Your firmware and boot block are running the latest public release from November 2013. You didn't list your v7 and v8 version numbers.

The ecm took a chit on the one I tried tuning last night.
Waste of a Vin unlock.
What software did you flash with? What v7 and v8 software versions are you using, along with firmware version? What ECM were you trying to tune? What exact steps did you follow for the ECM to fail? Your description doesn't provide enough detail for us to offer any assistance.....
Efilive will replace vin licenses when it can be demonstrated that the ECM failed as a result of non user error. To proceed with this you need to lodge a ticket on our help desk and you will be asked to submit relevant files, which in the first instance will include the file you read from the vehicle as well as the file you flashed.

Pulled stock tune off a LMM. Adjusted the tune. Loaded it. Then truck would not start. Pulled out the ecm. had one of your resellers try it on there bench harness and then tried to use a tech 2. Did a couple other things and no luck. Could not get communication.
Do you have a link I can fallow? I went to the helpdesk. Do I need to become a member of forum?

I took it to Edmonds in Huntsville today and the tech hooked it up to the tech2 and no communication,he said it was fried but Idk,i think I touched somthin I shouldn't have and f ed it up so I bought a used ecm from a local yeard and trying to do a emergency relearn as we speak and its not going well.-30 here now and tried the first time and killed the batterys before it worked so have the charger on while im doing it and HOPFULLY something works,il post the efi info tonight after I fail at this,Thanks to everybody for the help,I need it.
can someone give me the proper emergency relearn procedure,i have read a couple different versions of the same thing so I don't know which one is right.Thanks

I don't have a lock on my dash,only the ses light,does my truck have a lock light or just the flashing securety light?And thank you for the post,il try 10 min instead of 11.
