Even after 150 k miles? Im just concerned of it failing for whatever reason and having to do the whole shebang again because i was to lazy (or cheap) to replace it. Buuut i would rather save the money if it should still be good.

It is a heavy duty gasket with metal around the bolt holes. I don't see why it wouldn't still be good but I'm also not an expert on the matter. Just my $.02

It's reuseable.

Just lube it up a bit with some transgel or other grease. Make sure to clean it good first.

You will see the damage if it is bad, then don't reinstall.
