Had to do my front brakes at 68k, they were starting to feel like an old car I had that would get the death wobbles.
Went with AC Delco genuine pads and performance rotors. I recently started using the exhaust brake all the time thanks to a thread on here.

Had to change the upper shift cable yesterday. Old one broke the casing and rusted the cable itself, right next to the grommet thru the floor. Havent used the truck for a long while, but needed it for hauling pretty much everything this week. Shifter started pulling thru D and when it didnt go back into P, I knew what was up.
Luckily, the GM replacement cable was $100 thru Amazon, and it got here in two days. Only a 1/2 hour job to replace it.

TX of course
Did a LML hydroboost upgrade on my LBZ. Mine had a little leak, but stopped fine. Which ain't bad for 200k. I can't say that I can tell much of a difference, but it's hard to tell since I dont daily the truck. I still have plenty of the factory pad left but I don't think my rotors are quite as big as they used to be...

God I love the service position for the hood on these trucks. I have no idea why every vehicle doesn't have one.

Finished assembling it after fresh paint and bed liner.

Need to Install my rear steps to finish the running boards up, powder coat my billet badge and tow hooks still.

This last week I’ve spent a little money on my Lbz in preparation to sell it.
It’s so much better I half way want to keep it, but it’s time to move on.
I think the $1500 I’ve spent on it will make its money back easily.

Well I put this in (last months) monthly thread, but I’ll put it here too. I put new seats in the Kodiak. Nice and comfy and way more adjustability. Wifey is happy too 😀. They are out of a 99-04 Honda Odyssey second row.

I did something similar with a friend's RV. We went out to pick and pull and found us some nice seats. Then I welded up some brackets and mounted them on the old frame.

And a new center console. Out of a 99-02 single cab or Tahoe/suburban as it doesn’t have rear air vents. Still need to make mounts and color match. Had to remove the e-brake console but no big deal.

What parts are you going back with? If you update to the LML piston & spring you can make a cheap power pack for the c3 / c4 while still using .098 kolenes

I went deeper down the rabbit hole than that.

C1: Alto G3 Powerpack
C2: Raybestos GPZ
C3: 6 x SCZ195’s with Kolenes
C4: 6 x SCZ195’s with Kolenes
C5: Alto G3 Powerpack

Suncoast Billet P2
Suncoast Modified Sun
Suncoast Flexplate
TCS Billet C2 hub, Input, Intermediate, & Output shafts
XCalliber drilled p1 flange.
Goerend Pan & PTO Covers
LML Springs / Apply Pistons
Transgo JR with Mike L Trims
Ratiotek kit with spring and shim
Limitless 1078

Stock converter took a shit, so I replaced the radiator and trans cooler with a ppe bar & plate one.
