I noticed when i post only a few lettered response all the letters go to lower caps... and in different sections when you make a post the similies in the Smiley Box aren't all the same

if you type in all caps, it will change to lowercase which affects how smileys are generated. :d

The smilies in the quick reply box are somewhat random. There are only a few that get selected for it. The all caps thing is stop shouting.
