That is showing everyone you legally bought a hand gun, not just CCW carriers. NY must be like MN where you need a "permit to buy" a gun, here in Nevada you don't.
Either way that still blows that someone has this info.

Yes, you need a 'pistol permit' just to touch a handgun in a gun store... you can't legally touch someone else's handgun, and it especially can't be in your possession.... NY Blows....

Here in MI we need a license to concealed carry but we are able to carry other people pistols as well unlike NY.
We can also open carry.
