So, what's this, I hear about Ford using steel pistons in their 2020+ diesels? I haven't read up on how Ford has been doing for a while and was doing a little research to brush up on their emissions system to help a cousin with his and ran across an article stating they've been using steel pistons since 2020.

I want steel pistons for the Duramax. Come on GM, get with the times. Aluminum is so last year 🤣

The newer 3.0 Duramax used in the half ton pickups uses steel pistons also. It would be nice if they carried that technology over to the bigger engines as well.

Here we go again. Another "atmospheric river" driving California crazy. Supposed to be a week of rain for us. It's all I hear about when I turn on the news.

When did this "atmospheric river" terminology become the new popular buzz word?

....or it could be that they had to come up with a new term after that really bad Seth Rogan pot movie came out (has there ever been a good Seth Rogan movie?). Cant be sending him royalties every year.

That monsters vs aliens movie, and the kung fu panda ones where pretty good. Probably because you don't actually get to see seth and his acting. Just voice overs. And he wasn't the main actor

The only one I can think of that has half way decent with him in it was that green hornet movie. Can't recall anything else from him worth watching

Yeah, I was gonna say the green hornet was probably his best one, but mainly because his costar played off him so well. Can’t remember that little dude name.

Well you know, that Cyclone Bomb that the Atmospheric River is bringing, could bring up to 5 feet of snow in the Mountains...

You know it's just something some one made up and convinced everyone else in that community that it was more appropriate terminology... It's Just the newest round of dorks trying to fit in.

"improve business performance" by closing stores?

Sounds like something a company would say right before filing for bankruptcy
