Question: nothing works

I'd say your problems are with the Auto Start and the non factory alarm. If there was a way to disable it I would to eliminate it. The Auto Start is tied into the door locks and lights etc etc etc.

Also a lot of the clearance lights on these trucks leak. My 01 they leak,factory lights.

You know I tried that by taking the aftermarkrt alarm and unpluggung it and same thing ..

Well it's been awhile since I posted last but after a year in change my drivers side door switch is working again, thanks to my brother for fixing it.. Life been crazy for all of us but man to finally have a working door switch it's great....Thanks Jimmy ....No more leaning over to roll the passenger window ...There was a short between the bcm and the ddm put new one in anyway.. Thanks to the guys on this site too...
