Not running right

So my LB7 is down on power and doesn't seem to run as smooth compared to exactly the same truck, replaced all the fuel lines and a new fuel filter and don't know what to do. When I pin it, it will pull somewhat hard then kinda die off then pick back up and do it repeatedly, I'm at a loss.

Take it to a good shop with quality scan tools or start throwing money at it..

I was hoping that I wouldn't have to do that but idk what else to do, also I unplugged through maf sensor and nothing changed? It it supposed to run without it plugged in?
