I was coming back from Houston this afternoon on I-10E. I was moving along pretty good when I come up on a Powerstroke that is lowered with wide black Rock Stars with street tires sticking out past the fenders about 3".

I passed him up but decided to slow down and let him catch up to see if he would play. We were in an open 3 lane stretch of interstate. At first I didn't think he was going to play but when I let him into my lane to pass a slower car he blew some smoke at me. I would start to pull along side and he would speed up and try to block me with slower traffic. Eventually the traffic cleared and I got up along side him doing about 75 and I gassed it and let off and he took off. I floored it and walked away. We caught up to more traffic and soon my exit came up and I pulled off.

The truck looked like it was set up for the strip but it wasn't very loud. I don't know if he was really trying and I was running my mileage tune.

Around here there aren't many opportunities to play so I wanted to try.

I don't like to race in the traffic but he seemed to want to try to nascar it thru the traffic which I won't do. Like I said it really wasn't much of a race.

Here is my truck

I figured Texas would be crawling with diesels, with the oil and farmland there. Good on ya for keeping it tame while there are others around.

It is when you get off the main roads. Most of them are working...
