Well I'll definitely add you into our family prayers Kat...

Mimi has been stressed lately with some issues that will lead to more frequent testing(cervical...with a family history)...they say she's clear but will be watched closely...so I know where you are coming from...BTW She says Hi :)

I have to say it shows what kind of person you are when you can talk about your personal life in hopes to help others.

I hope it all works out okay for you Kat.

I have lost a few members of my family to 4 kinds of cancer and 2 other members beat cancer and are still alive to day. They tell us all even the younger family to get it checked out as we have so much in the family.

now you tell me... 10 years ago the doc wanted to send a cam up my rear to look at my ulcers or something, I said no sir.

There is a saving grace on that one... When i went in for my "camera" inspection, Im thinking "God this is gonna humiliating" . Now most of us have prolly got to experiance the hospital gown that ya feel like exposed in, so not a major deal. I got nervous in the Op. room but i watch the nurse inject the sedative into my IV line and i felt it hit before she was finished and a few seconds later i was completely out! I very briefly woke during from feeling pressure, nothing bad, and right back out again. Next thing i know im waking up in the recovery room! It literaly felt like a 5-10 min deal but was more like 2 hours when i woke! And the remaining medication effects....No embarassment, didnt give a crap about nothin:D I just wanted some food and more sleep:rofl:

Thanks for posting this Kat, it will do good for someone.
I had the camera deal this year, a lower GI inspection. It wasn't a bad deal the lady's were cute and even got to watch it and joke with them a little, love technology, was bummed i couldn't get a DVD of it. :spit: Didn't even walk crooked afterwords, only took about 10 mins. Really guys its no big deal.

I don't blame you. Back then they were using Polaroid Land Cameras. "It's a Swinger, a Polariod Swinger. It's a Swinger, a Hemoroid Stinger..."

I hope all is well.

Sorry I didn't post sooner but this is a tough thing for me. I lost my mother when I was 12 and she was 32 from cancer. Life is short! Play hard and enjoy as much and as often as you can. Jeff
