02 lb7 I installed robs efilive on fri.
Today it started and ran for 10 sec then stalled now no start.
I have removed my factory filter and installed a airdog 165 a month back or so. My filters have 1500 miles or so.
Now I have a humming noise coming from fpr. I don't own a efilive but had truck tuned by friend.
My Ppe says command for fuel is 6000 psi and im at 254psi cranking.
any thoughts.
Injectors had great rates two days ago
Thank you

Unplug the FPR and see if it changes anything. by unplugging it it should default to full rail pressure. See what this does, if anything and let us know.

Unplugged for and still nothing. Took off fuel line return and cranked over with and without lift pump and have zero fuel coming out of return. So either something is plugged or cp3 went by by

you should have return fuel any time the lift pump is running. sounds like something is the matter with your lift pump. check that out.

I removed my factory filter and have rubber lines where it was. Today when truck stopped running the first thing I did was pull lines and I had tons of pressure there with pump on so I went to the return line and have nothing. Real confused here. I removed cp3 today not sure what im looking for but its on the bench. Thanks for helping. Im still at it

Well went to allseason diesel today. Bought a cp3 and new fpr and installed it with some new much needed rubber fuel line but would not start still. New cp3 definitely felt better than old one at 250000 miles. When I installed the cp 3 I blew through all lines And they were all clear. My air dog would not draw a fuel. It would not even drip if I disconnected the air dog So I blew through the gas tank filler Nozzle. Fuel came out of the line I connected it to the air dog And the truck started right up.
Do you think it could be the extra hose coiled up on top of the tank from the air dog?
Or possibly a plug strainer in the tank?
Thanks guys
