nothing works... i was only seeing about 10v so im charging my batteries now

That will probably fix it. Mine does the same thing when the batts are too low.

if so unplug the 20 pin and plug just the stock 20 pin plug back in and see if it starts up or anything works.

no Henry. i need new batteries cause this has already happened once before but the symptoms weren't exactly the same. It would explain why the ECM or TCM are not detected

in scan tool when i i try to connect to the ECM on the bottom left it shows my VIN is HK23245Fxxxxx

Yes he did, no luck...

Get your batt. voltage up to par first.
Then check the fuse for your OBD2 port. I can't remember which one it is. Cig lighter maybe?

Nick its a bitch to find just start pulling some of them and looking I think its around the back side toward the firewall.

The one time iirc it was the ecm 10amp fuse in the fuse box under the hood.

hmmm battery charger has been on for 4 hours and and it reads 1 1/2 click under 14v ? last time this happened the charger was only on for about 30 minutes and the truck fired right up... I have the best luck

ok well apparantly i blew the PCM B fuse... starts now. I guess you have to fall before you can walk
