The vanes started acting up awhile back on my lmm. I tried swapping vane controller and sensor, but no luck. Finally decided to just swap turbos. I found one off a wrecked lbz. I got it all put back together this morning, along with ricks egr delete tube. Now it has trouble building over 10 psi and throws an underboost code. I went back through and checked all the connections and everything looks like it should. Does anybody have an idea of what could be causing this?

Do you have an insite cts? Or scanner? It would be helpful if you could see your vane position. The vanes are controlled by oil pressure. Fill out your sig so we can see what's on the truck. If its straight piped you should hear a woosh sound twice at startup. That's the vanes moving and doing a test at startup.

I got it all figured out now. Ended up not having the egr cap sealed up tight enough. I appreciate the responses guys. Have a great 4th.
