no crank issue

my sister has a 2008 lmm. Its pretty much stock other than a quadzilla tuner and the DPF is gone. She threw the truck in reverse and it died. Now it wont start back up. And when I say wont start, it wont even crank. I had the brother in law pull the codes with the crappy little tuner and he said there is no codes. I'm going to run out there and hook my autocal to it later today. Any ides before I head that way? I've had similar issues like this, but it was from trying to flash new files. And both times I had issues where it wouldn't start the antitheft symbol was on. This is not the case for my sister's 08.

Neutral safety switch. It was a common problem with the older trucks. Also check the plug to the trans. If it has a bad connection or gets wet all kinds of problems start happening

Check the basics, fuses, relays all connections.

already did that. Looks like it will be getting hauled to the dealership if nobody comes up with anything else.

Possible dead tcm if it's not a wiring issue. What does the gear indicator on the dash show? It was a known issue on the A40 to loose a internal ground from what I remember but not 100% it could be tested by grounding the tcm case but again I can't remember for sure.

Unfortunately, her cluster went awall awhile ago and the lower screen doesn't work. That was the first thing I wanted to check. When my switch went bad on my truck the selector didn't show up.

Does the starter click and just not crank? If so suspect crank sensor.
