The -3AN line will be the limiting factor on the kit. It will get you up to about a 85 jet (.085). The solenoid is a .125 limited unit. To use this to that size though, you will need to get a -4AN line from summit that has a -4AN female fitting on one end and a -3AN female fitting on the other to go to the nozzle. This is the way I ordered them for the kits I use to sell. Or this would even work www.summitracing.com/parts/ZEX-NS6621/ . The solenoid will be the limit than as it would handle all the way up to a 125 jet. The .156 solenoid is the next step if the bravery is there along with the build motor.

Word to the wise. Better have a compression tester to check out the compression after even ONE 600+hp run though. Oh yea. The truck will still run good even for many years after. But the damage will have been done. Been there many times. Tuning has only a very small bit to do with the pressure made in the cylinder when it comes to make that kind of power (if it's tuned properly). Pressure is what is needed to get it there no matter how you get it to that point. The pressure is what bends and breaks them regardless of whats the current flavor of beliefs. N2O just helps the rest of the unburned fuel burn. Watch your EGTs.
im gonna run the kit how it is with a .030 or .035 jet to start and go from their. thanks for that tip with the bigger line, i think im gonna save that till i can afford to get super crazy with the nitrous.
More reference case you still cannot read the PDF

Kits Nitrous Jetting Approximate Power Increase (BHP)
Kit 02519NOS

NOS Jetting = Approx HP gain
30 = 30
35 = 45
40 = 70
45 = 90
51 = 115
55 = 130

i found a jet calculator and it came up with damn near the exact same results :thumb: good to know. looks like im gonna start with the .030 or .035 jet and see if that gives me the results from nitrous that im looking for.

Those jet charts really don't work for diesels. They work for gassers because you are adding fuel and nitrous at the same time, but on a diesel, you are only adding nitrous. The amount of HP you will gain will depend on how much your truck is over-fueled.

If I'm reading them right those hp numbers are referenced to the part number of the diesel NOS kit. Even if they aren't diesel rated maybe they are a close round a bout.

I'd assume that also since it's a Diesel Specific kit BUT it is only a approx or assumption what you should yield. As with anything your mileage may vary. There are many variables.

I'd assume some might have less or more fuel to burn a WOT so there is no exact for every different truck,again assuming. I don't think you would gain for example a 100 HP with a 30 nozzle as there isn't enough being aloud to flow regardless of the amount of fuel. Makes sense don't it? As if there is only enough to support 30 additional HP.

Then again you'd have to assume the manufacture did some testing to back up their claim. Not that I've seen false advertisement claims before. :D

I've seen where individuals will step up jets in order to clean up the unburnt fuel. Which will give you more HP

That's what I'm gonna do. I'm not necessarily running nitrous for more hp so the number doesnt really matter to me. I just needed a number to get an idea of which jet to start with. I'm gonna start with the smallest jet and move up till I see the results I'm looking for.
