06LLY stick shift based tune have defuel for shifts? I would doubt it.

LBZ defuel is in the TCM.

So, how would the NIRA ECM help that? It doesn't control the Allison too does it?

Just turning off the TCM parameters does not eliminate defuel - in my experience. The more fuel you dial in the more difficult it is to dampen the defuel.
