The full length blades are two different heights that alternate. It's really a 3+3+6 if you want to label it by blade length.

This is correct. Here is the clarification we had to write when the PPL tried to outlaw our wheels.

You can see looking straight on that three blades are "offset". This is actually because they're just lower.
